General Manager

Purpose: Lead and manage the dispensary to meet sales, compliance, and customer experience goals.

Responsibilities:
 Oversee all operational departments and ensure compliance with Cannabis Control Commission rules.
 Manage P&L, scheduling, hiring, and sales goals.
 Ensure Responsible Vendor training for new employees; maintain training records.
 Establish policies, manage vendor relationships, and lead community outreach.

Assistant Manager

Purpose: Support GM with operations and staff supervision.

Responsibilities:
 Assist with hiring and onboarding.
 Train and manage budtenders.
 Oversee inventory, scheduling, and daily compliance procedures.
 Fill in for GM as needed.

Shift Supervisor / Lead Budtender

Purpose: Lead the front-of-house team during shifts.

Responsibilities:
 Oversee sales floor, cash handling, compliance, and inventory during shift.
 Assist customers and resolve service issues.
 Train budtenders on shift tasks and compliance routine.

Budtender / Retail Associate

Purpose: Be the primary customer interface; educate and serve adult-use customers and patients.

Responsibilities:
 Greet and assist customers; verify IDs and comply with MA age requirements.
 Provide product recommendations and explain consumption options.
 Run POS sales, restock displays, and keep floor organized.
 Complete all state-mandated training and maintain compliance.

Inventory Specialist / Retail Inventory Associate

Purpose: Track and manage inventory flow from deliveries to sales.

Responsibilities:
 Verify deliveries and reconcile with manifests.
 Use METRC and POS systems to maintain accurate counts.
 Assist management with ordering and stock forecasting.

Security Personnel

Purpose: Protect people, product, and compliance with state security requirements.

Responsibilities:
 Control access to secure areas.
 Monitor cameras and conduct regular safety patrols.
 Assist in emergency procedures.
